Quality of care can be defined as an approach whereby all patients are guaranteed the best combination of diagnoses and treatments, consistent with current medical knowledge, in order to ensure the best outcome in terms of health, which includes the best cost-effectiveness, the least iatrogenic risk and the greatest possible patient satisfaction in terms of procedures, results and human relations in healthcare establishments.

Since 1997, our hospital has done its best to improve quality assurance and health care security in patients.

We have met all the requirements and have been certified by the HAS (Haute Autorité de Santé – French National Authority for Health).
The last visit from the HAS experts was in October 2010 for the V2010 Certification.

The HAS also elaborated indicators to assess Quality Improvement and Healthcare Security.
